upper-db features

Maps query results into Go structs.
Lets you use plain SQL whenever you need to.
Provides an (optional) common result-set oriented syntax (CROS) that works the same on SQL and NoSQL databases.
Takes advantage of go1.8+'s context features, like query cancellation and timeouts.
